1742 Nov 24 PHILEMON WATERS Jr., of Prince William County "inform'd that there were about Two hundred acres of Surplus land within the Bounds of a certain tract given him by his Father PHILEMON WATERS the Elder, And having obtain'd a warrant to survey the same whereby there was found Two hundred Seventy four acres of Surplus Land which the said PHILEMON WATERS the Younger desiring to have included with his other said tract in one Deed". SURVEY by GEORGE BYRN. Area: 396 acres in PRINCE WILLIAM Co VA, on the south run of Quantico, adjoining SAMUEL and/or FRANCIS JACKSON, and JOHN OVERHALL.
