Lack of evidence for birth date [9 February 2015]

It seems unlikely that his birth date is known, if his origin is unknown. The birth date given (which is also posted at Find A Grave) possibly is a valid birth date for a John Bennett, but it is not clear if there is any reliable source that connects that birth date with the man who died in Connecticut in 1691.
