Is this the same person as Hannah Booth (9)? They follow each other in the same family with only 3 years difference in their ages. Usually, if a given name is used twice in a family it is because the earlier born individual has died in infancy or early childhood. This doesn't appear to be the case here.

More information from the censuses and the baptisms for the two girls ought to be provided.
