Living in 1900? [21 April 2011]

As I was adding the Civil War category to George Stewart's page, I noticed that he's noted as having died in 1863, but that he was living in 1900 in the National Home in Dayton. Either he didn't die in 1863 or it's a different George Stewart in 1900. In addition, if George Stewart served in a Confederate unit, he wouldn't have been eligible for admittance to a National (federal) veteran's home, unless he also served in a Union unit and swore his allegiance. -- Amy (Ajcrow) 17:05, 21 April 2011 (EDT)

Category question [29 August 2016]

Hi Amy - George's Civil War category seems to be formatted in an unusual way with the "Johnson's" in parenthesis. I am wondering if the category should look more like the others, i.e. "Category:10th Kentucky Infantry (Mounted) (CSA) (Civil War)" - what do you think? --Cos1776 00:05, 19 May 2014 (UTC)

Follow-up: No response received. I have moved George to Category:10th Kentucky Cavalry (CSA) (Civil War)/Company G as per our current Category structure. --cos1776 11:39, 29 August 2016 (UTC)
