Sue's comment on Bertie [14 December 2008]
Hi Kris, Bertie Blanche Headlee was the daughter of Benjamin Franklin Headlee and Clara C. King. Her siblings were:
- Gertie May Headlee, Paul Franklin Headlee and Wilbur Warren Headlee. Benjamin Franklin Headlee was the son of Enos and Sarah Woodruff Headlee and brother to Minerva Headlee who married Richard Young. After Benjamin Headlee died, his widow Clara married Thomas Jefferson Sanford. They had one child, Florence D. Sanford, born Mar 1893, married Frederick James Fletch and died 20 May 1972.
- Bertie and her first husband, James E. Randall had the following children: Grace R., Clara B., James H., Lillian and Elizabeth. I don't know what happened to James E.
