1851 and 1861 censuses replaced [14 April 2024]

The new entries give a more consequential picture of the family. In addition three children were removed from the family list on the marriage page.

This was not the Aaron Howard who married Ruth Barber in 1847, although he lost his wife Elizabeth in 1846.

Person:Aaron Howard (8) has not been inspected yet, but will probably take on the census records for 1851 and 1861 that previously were given to Person:Aaron Howard (3). --Goldenoldie 10:42, 14 April 2024 (UTC)

This situation has still not been sorted out. I have yet to ascertain whether one or two Aaron Howards were born in 1806 in Glossop.

I want to re-check the birth dates of all the children. Some may be 10 years younger than currently given.

Will give it a miss for a couple of days.
