    Zachariah's brothers Warren and Otis married sisters, Emily Letetia Graves and Ada Graves of Wade Isadore Graves and Fannie Lee "Patty" Sharpe.


    Daily Times-News, The Monday, December 13, 1971 SNOW CAMP Zachariah M. TINGEN, ?, of Rt. 2, Snow Camp, died Sunday morning at his home following sudden illness.

    A native of Alamance County, he was the son of the late Zachariah H. and Gertrude Warren TINGEN. He was an employee of Liberty Chair Co. and attended Rock Creek United Methodist Church.

    Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lucile GRAVES TINGEN; two daughters, Mrs. Riley Shoe of Rt. 2, Snow Camp, and Mrs.. Carol Lee Curtis of Rt. 3, Graham; three sisters, Mrs. Jerry Fogleman of Burlington, Mrs. W.B. Miles of Rt. 1, McLeansville, and Mrs.. Harvey Thompson of Rt. 2, Snow Camp; one brother, Warren Tingen Rt. 1, Graham; and four grandchildren.

    Final rites will be held Tuesday afternoon at o'clock at Rock Creek United Methodist Church. The service will be conducted by the Rev. Lloyd C. Rev. Vernon A. Brick, pastor, McClelland, pastor of the will officiate. Burial will be in church, assisted by the Rev. George Johnson, pastor of Faith United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

    The body will remain al McClure Funeral Home in Graham until taken to the church to lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 9 o'clock.
