  2. ↑ Yvonne Onetta Cochran Plumley, 66, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, Jan. 28, 2007, in a Chattanooga hospital.
    She was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church.
    She was the daughter of the late Clarence Cochran and Gray Pell Queen Cochran. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Walter H. Plumley.
    Survivors include her sons: Wesley Plumley, Rodney Plumley, Jerome Plumley and Jonathan Plumley, all of Cleveland; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers: Hayden Cochran and Gordon “Bud” Cochran; two sisters: Janie Godfrey and Margueitta McClelland; and several nieces and nephews.
    The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2007, in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with the Rev. Arlin Brown officiating and her son, Jerome Plumley, giving the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Delano Cemetery.
    Her family will receive friends from 7 to 9 this evening at the funeral home.
