Will[4] of "Winslow Brigham of Marlborough in the County of Middlesex and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Yeoman, being sick and weak in body, but of perfect Mind & Memory", dated 24 Aug 1791, bequeaths to "my well beloved wife Elisabeth Brigham" use of half of the house and various supplies to be provided by "my Son Jedediah Brigham" in lieu of thirds; to "my beloved Son Daniel Brigham" the land bought of widow Betty Williams and the Tanyard, he paying "to my son John Winslow Brigham", "to my daughter Elisabeth Barns the wife of William Barns", "to my son Artemas Brigham", and "to my son Amariah Brigham"; to "my well beloved son Aaron Brigham £10 "with what I have already given him and done for him to be his full part"; to "my well beloved son Amariah Brigham"£150 paid by Jedediah; to "my well beloved son John Winslow Brigham" the aforementioned payments by Daniel and it is "my desire that my said son John Winslow should have a liberal education"; to "My well beloved son Artemas Brigham £150 paid by Jedediah; to "my well beloved daughter Lucey Brigham" £150 paid by Jedediah and privilege of living in house with her Mother; to "my well beloved son Jedediah Brigham" the remainder, he to provide for "my wife (his Mother)" and to be Sole Executor.

10 Oct 1791: "Elisabeth Brigham Widow of Winslow Brigham late of Marlborough in the County of Middlesex yeoman deceased testate haveing had said deceased's last Will & Testament, bearing date the 24th day of August A D 1791. read in her presence & hearing is content with the Legacy thereinWilled to her in lieu of her Thirds, so long as the same shall be fulfilled ... and it is agreed to by Jedediah Brigham the Executor of said Will that said Widow and three of said deceased's children, viz John Winslow, Artemas, & Lucy Brigham may & shall be fed & cloathed in the family as usual, out of one common Stock of said deceased's estate, untill the first day of April next..."
12 Oct 1791: bond of "Jedediah Brigham ... of Marlborough" as guardian of "John-Winslow & Artemas Brigham minors of more than fourteen years of age at their own Election, Sons of Winslow Brigham late of Marlborough".
29 Nov 1793: receipt of Aaron Brigham to "Jedediah Brigham Sole Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Winslow Brigham"
28 May 1794: receipt of "Am.h [i.e., Amariah] Brigham" to "Jedediah Brigham Sole Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Winslow Brigham"
12 Jan 1799: receipt of John W Brigham "son of Winslow Brigham" to Jedediah Brigham "Guardian to me".
2 Dec 1799: receipt of Artemas Brigham "son of Winslow Brigham" to Jedediah Brigham "Executor and guardian to me".
1 Jan 1800: receipt to Jedediah Brigham for legacy of Winslow Brigham "to his Daughter Lucy Brigham" by Eli Rice who "hath Married to the said Lucy" .
