Waco (news). Sam Centers, the noted ditcher, who has been located on the farm of Judge Rice, has formed a partnership with Mr.Walker Hisle, and now they propose to do first-class work, for Bob Covington, Willis Hisle and W.T. Covington who reside in the neighborhood of said firm. Their work for the coming summer is almost endless, but I think when Centers gives "Walk"a pattern, the work will progress as fast as machinery will move. The firm will read Centers & Hisle.

Circuit Court. Circuit Court began on Monday, Judge Scott presiding, Com. Atty. Crutcher at his post. There is a large docket but no murder cases. The Grand Jury follows: W.H.Harber,C.H. Pigg, N.C.Bonny, Willis Hisle, Talton Taylor, Wm. Haden,Boyle Doty, C.T.Fox,J.W.Ballard, D.W. Black, J.R. McKinney, Zena Bruce, Mr. Hisle foreman.[9]

Farm Sold Mr. Willis Hisle paid $30.10 per acre for the 130 acre farm of the late Mrs. Kittie Hisle, on Muddy Creek near Waco, and Mr. Hisle's son, William will reside there this year.

Mr. Willis Hisle and family will remove to Richmond, within the next few weeks, and occupy the Judge Miller residence on Lancaster Ave. He will sell his two farms and stock, near Waco and College Hill, publicly, on October 10th. Mr.Hisle comes to town to educate is children. [11]
