Mr. Willie Leon Self, 55, of Provencal, died Tuesday, December 13, 1983, at 9:42 p.m., at his residence.

Funeral services for Mr. Self were held in the Provencal Pentecostal Church, at 10 a.m., Thursday, December 15, with Bro. Lane, and Bro. Eldon Reeves officiating. Burial followed in the Shady Grove Cemetery. Services were under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

He is survived by four sisters, Agnes Brown, Opelousas, Ruby McDaniel, Metairie, Mamie Moss, Metairie, and Nancy Dawson, New Orleans; and a host of nieces and nephews.
