In the nam of God Amen I William Yerrow Sener of Northend in the Parish of Burton Dassett in the Countey of Warwick Yeoman bein in good health of body and of sound and dispossed mind and memory and understanden Praised bee God for it do make and ordain this my last will and Testament in the manner following that is too say first I comit my bodey to the Duest and my sole unto God that gave it. I give and bequeave too my Daughter Dorothy Beesley and too the Ares of hir bodey the sum of Twelve hundard Pound too bee paid six calender months after my Deth by my esecter hearin after menchened I also Give and bequeave too my third Daughter Sarah Bawcutt and too the ares of hir bodey the sum of a Seven Hundard Pound to bee paid by my exceter herinafter menchened Six calendar months after my decese Also I Give and bequeave too my secont Daughter Mary Hous and too the ares of hir body All that Windmill and Ground wich I Purchest of Sarah Tayler and Hous wich I bilt on it standing and bein on Warmenton Hill durin Her natural life and to bee kep in Tenantable repare by the oner or ougupier of it and thentoo hur Eldes Sun John Bloxham fir ever I also give and bequeave too my said Daughter Mary Hous the sum of two hundard pound and too the ares of hir bodey and at hir disposing Too bee Paid by my exceter hereinafter menchened six Calinder month after my Deth Also I Give and bequeave too my brother John Yerrow and William Beesley and Thomas Watts of Warwick Mealman The Sum of a Seven Hundard Pound too bee receved of my exciter hereinafter menstiened six calender month after my Decease Apon this Spchel Trust and considerance nevertheless that the said John Yerrow and my son in Law William Beesley and Thomas Watts or the survivre of them or ther exceters or adminesters of such survivers do and shall ass son as convenance may bee after the shall have receved the said sum of a Seven Hundard Pound ass aforesaid put place and continue the same out at intres oufivir government or other sufficient security and pay the intres ass it beecomes du and bee by them receved onto my four Grand children here after menchened that is to say Prudence Bloxham wen she comes too the aige of twenty one too receve out of the sum abuve menchened Three hundard pound and John Bloxham wen he comes too the aige twenty five years to receive out of the sum above menchened four hundard Pound and Elizabeth Bloxham and Ann Bloxham wen the youngest comes to the aige of twenty one too receve Two hundard Pound each of them if aron one of thee four Grandchildran die before the come to the aige too recive it haven no ares of there bodey too part it among the rest of thos of the fore ass are liven and the Intres too bee laid out what comes du too each of them in edicaiton and maintinance and cloase them I do heareby order and direct that thay the said John Yerrow and William Beesley and Thomas Watts or thear survivers of them or exceters or adminestraters shall call in the sum of a Seven hundard Pound so by them put out and the intres then du for the same and Pay to the above named four Grandchildren each sum acordin too the derection above menchened or ther exceters or adminestears and there receat bee there discharge and all reasonable expences too bee fr__ out by them then after paying all my jest dets and funerel expences I Give and bequeave all the Rest Providen Proven this this my Will and legses abuve menchened All the Rest Residu and remainder of my personal Estates watsoever or wearsoever or of wat nater That is too say I Give and bequeave too my fourth and younges Daughter Ann Ledbrook all that litel Ground lying and being in Northend and Knighcot grounds wich my father Purchest of Job Beesley Also I Give and bequeave onto my Daughters Ann Ledbrook and too the ares of her bodey for ever the Hous on and too closes I Purchest of James Wiat lying at Northend in the parish Burton Dassett Providen my Grandauter Prudence Bloxham have one of those three Dwelings too live in wich shee chooses durin hur naterel life and too kepe in repare By the oner rent free And lastly I do hearby mak nominate and apoint my said Son in Law and my Daughter Thomas and Ann Ledbrook sole executer of this my last Will and Testament hearby revok all former Wills by mee at any time heartoobefore made in Witness weareof I the said William Yerrow the testater hav too this my last Will and Testement contained in too sheets of Paper set my Hand and Seal too each Sheet this thirty first day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eaight hundard and four William Yerroww * Sined seled rebleshed and delivered by the above named William Yerrow the Testater ass and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us ho at his request in his presance and in the presance of each have subscribed our names ass witnes heartoo Edwd Watts William Smith John Southam
