... Mrs. H. W. W. Reynolds was a descendant of the “Waters” family of Maryland, Virginia and Kentucky. Capt. Waters, her father, was son of Josephus, who emigrated with his family to Mason County, Kentucky, in 1794. He is buried at Dover, Ky.
