Information taken from Entry of Death for William Thomas (Registration district of Bridgend and Cowbridge) available through the General Registrar Office, Somerset House, London, England. Xerox copy in my possession (Enclosure #67) Ann Jenkins (probably his wife) was present at his death and signed the certificate. David Jenkins was the registrar.
