[edit] = = = =From the WFT CD, William H Swartzlander left the family sometime prior to 1856 as per Sandusky Co., Probate Court, Case No. 850, c 1856, Solomon Overmyer (Geo L, J M, J. Geo) was appointed guardian of the minor children: Mathias, Michael, Wm Henry, Mary and David, their uncle by marriage to their mother's sister, Magdalene. [edit] = = = =Found in Fulton Co., Indiana, a marriage license that was issued 25 April 1857 to William H Swartzlander and Margaret Kissinger. They lived in Rochester, Indiana until 1885 and then moved to Goshen, Indiana where he died 12 May 1894 and buried in Oak Ridge Cemetery. (Info from vital statistics of the Health Department).
