Agreement between Jonathon Ashe, Cork city on one part and William Sullivan of Cork city of the other part and levying the goods and chattles of Thomas Mayberry 1052 pounds and 2/6/10p costs at the suite of William Coughlan and late of Ballea, dead, to Thomas Hodder of Ballea, the fields and lands of Ballyphekane containing by survey of James Browne, 31 acres situate in the South Liberties of Cork. Leased by Mayberry 24/6/1718 to Wm. Coughlan who willed it to his son Wm. Coughlan by lease in 1733. He purchased for Wm. Sullivan through Jonathon Ashe who made 200 pounds.
