    letters between Vivian WOMACK and B&O RR. Family lore is that WW STREBIG died in a train accident at Reduction PA. B&O shows line opened 1855 & 1856 as Pittsburg & Connellsville RR, absorbed by B&O in 1912. No record of accident or WWS, but suggest accident could be as late as 1875. ICC reports date only from 1877.

    WW's son William worked as a fireman on the RR at Connellsville, is on 1880 census there--perhaps confusion on which William? But, death would be after 1880.
