HEALTH: Had laryngectomy in 1974 for cancer.

OBITUARY: Wayne served in the paratroopers for 4 years in World War II in Africa, Italy, France and Belgium. Wayne died on November 1, 1983. He had a lasisygestomy (sic) some years earlier for cancer, but died suddenly of a heart attack one day from his 66th birthday. A man well thought of in his community. A good, good brother.
