   William R. Shaffer, 41, Berlin RD 4, died Aug. 5, 1995, in Brothersvalley Township.  Born April 25, 1954, in Meyersdale, son of Jean (Lepley) Shaffer of Berlin RD 4 and the late Galen Shaffer.  Also preceded in death by father-in-law, Gordon E. Schardt.  Survived by his wife of 20 years, the former Barbara Schardt, and these children:  Adam, April and Aaron.  Brother of David E., married to the former Boksoon Ko, Seoul, Korea; Richard A., married to the former Linda Wyant, Bentleyville; Mrs. Jerry (Mary) Engle, Meyersdale RD 4, and John A., married to the former Patricia Romesberg, Meyersdale.
