Some time before his marriage, WILHELM LUDWIG AUGUST SEEFELDT changed his name to WILLIAM SEEFELD. In 1911, AUGUSTE BERTHA WURL SEEFELD and WILLIAM SEEFELD separated. He continued to live in Auburndale, while BERTHA SEEFELD moved to Tomahawk, Wisconsin, and occupied an apartment in the home of her son EMIL SEEFELD until shortly before her death in 1926.
