A, 189 Reg't, Ohio Inf., and was discharged Nashville, Tenn., Sept. 28, 1865. It is also alledged that while on duty at Huntsville, Ala., on or about Apr 10, 1865, he was disabled by Partial Deafness [unreadable] disease of back L.& INjuring his eyes....
