Is this the right William Scanlon? I think so. The 1860 Willoughby Census shows a "Joanna Scanlon" with hte family. Joanna was often used in Ireland interchanably with Anna. Moreover, Anna's death certificate lists her father as "William Scanlon" and her mother as ---Donohue.
