Mar 1810 Know all men by these presents that I William Sands Executor of Jame Sands deceased of Harrison County, Indiana Territory for several good causes and considerations ... do nominate, constitute and appoint John McGee Junior of Nelson County, State of Kentucky my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name to Sue for, recover and receive of and from the Heirs of Paul Froman dec'd or from commissioners appointed for that purpose by the Court or from my person authorized a Deed with general waranty for one Hundred acres of land lying in Nelson County on the waters of Froman's Creek sold by s'd Froman to the said James Sands dec'd Hereby confirming whatsoever my said attorney may Lawfully do in the premises.
