William Sanders Last Will Testament

  • William Sanders Planter Charles Co MD 10-14-1731
To daughter Frances (wife of Charles Sample) and heirs; one half of "Hazard"; Said land is not to be sold or mortaged. Daughter Elizabeth (Wife of Benjamin Stinnett) and heirs; residue of "Hazard"; same conditions. Daughter Ann and heirs, land where mother Eleanor Sanders now lives. Said daughter dying without issue, to hiers at law and personalty. Daughter Rachael and heirs, after her mother decease dwell plan___ She dying without issue, to pass to daughter Ann after decease of mother-in-law Catherine and personalty.
Wife: Katherine, extx, dwell plan___ during life and residue of personalty;to keep daughter Ann until of age or marriage. Should said Catherine die during minority of daughter Ann to be in care of her sister Frances Sample.
