My will is that my Beloved wife Elisabeth after my decease shall have the use and benefit of my Estate real and personal...

My will is that all my Estate real and personal shall be by my Executors sold at publick Sale on a credit of twelve months, and the money arising from sald sale, to be by my Executors equaly divided betwixt my Children - Thomas, William, James, Elijah, Ruben, Betsey and Sally.

I do hereby constitute and ordain my loving friends William Roberson Junr. and Thos. William be Executors of this my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 26th day of April Eighteen Hundred and fifteen.

Personally appeared Mathew Wilson who being duly sworn sayeth that he saw William Robertson, sign, seal, publish, pronounce, & declare the within instrument of writing to be & contain his true last Will & Testament, that the said Testator was then of sound & disposing mind, memory & understanding to the best of his knowledge & belief and that Thos. Moore & Thomas Wilson together with this deponent did Sign their names in witness thereto at the request of the Testator in his presence & in the presence of each other.
