It is apparent that he m. twice, his 1st w., name unkn., being the mo. of Agnes, who m. Matthew Nelson (2).
The 2d, Jane, was a young w. of his old age, married bef. 1699, when he made a will leaving all to her except two candlesticks to his dau. Nelson and 1 s. apiece to his gr.ch. Jane’s ch., b. after this will was signed, were Benjamin, and Mary (m. 10 Dec. 1719 Richard Cross). Liv. in 1712 when he deeded to Col. Westbrook, he d. bef. 9 Jan. 1717-8 when wid. Jane m. Anthony Libby (1).
He is probably also father of William and John Rackliff but if so by his first wife and they were already dead by the time he made his will.
