Mother: Margaret Pollard, negroes Dinah and Fortune for her life time Brother: Thomas Pollard, negro Fortune at mother’s death, silver shoe and knee buckle and gold sleeve studs Nephew: William Newby son of James Newby, negro girl Minny Balance of estate to wife Elizabeth during her widowhood or remarriage, then to “brothers and sisters then living or their heirs.” Inventory: Date not given.
