John Pollard of Brunswick Parish, King George County to Aaron Carter of St. Mary’s White Chapel Parish, Lancaster County. For £40. 100 acres whereon Aaron Carter now lives, having been left by grandfather Robert Pollard to his daughter Mary (Newby) for her life, and at her death to go to his (Robert’s) son Thomas, and by Thomas Pollard sold to his (Thomas) brother John Pollard, father of said John Pollard the grantor.
