    In the Name of God Amen I WILLIAM PILKINGTON of Stamford in the County of Lincoln Baker do make and publish this as and for my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)
    First I do hereby direct that all my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Charges and Expenses be fully paid and satisfied by my Executor hereinafter named and after payment thereof
    I Give and bequeath All and every my Household Goods and Furniture Plate Linen and China Stock in Trade ready Monies and Securities for money Book Debts Goods Chattels Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever which I shall or may be entitled unto or die possessed of unto my Brothers THOMAS PILKINGTON of Stamford aforesaid Builder and JONATHAN PILKINGTON of Market Deeping in the said County of Lincoln Draper
    Upon this special Trust and confidence nevertheless And I do hereby Will and declare it to be my sincere wish that they my said Trustees and the Survivor of them (with the aid and Assistance of my Son GEORGE whom I hope will be mindful and attentive to their directions) do and shall carry on the Baking Business to and for the support and maintenance of my four Children MARY, THOMAS, GEORGE, and ELIZABETH PILKINGTON until my said Daughter ELIZABETH shall attain her Age of twenty one years
    And also I do hereby further direct that when my said Daughter shall attain such Age of twenty one years then that the whole of the Property Personal Estate and Effects which shall be in the hands of my said Trustee or the Survivor of them shall be equally divided amongst my said Children share and share alike And I do hereby nominate constitute and Appoint my said Trustees joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament and also Guardians over my said Children as shall be in their minority and do hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last
    In Witness whereof I the said WILLIAM PILKINGTON the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this eighteenth day of September in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twelve

    Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses hereto
