William Penn was born about 1708 in Charles County, Maryland, the son of William Penn and Elizabeth Dutton. He married Elizabeth Dent about 1738 in Charles County. He died in 1753 (his estate was inventoried 3 Apr 1753[1]). Later court records indicate that William Penn and Elizabeth Dent had only two children, William Penn and Jezreel Penn.[2]
Following the death of William Penn (b. 1708), his widow Elizabeth (Dent) Penn married Colonel Richard Harrison.
