- IN THE NAME OF ALMIGHTY GOD, Amen. I WILLM. STUART MINOR being very sick and weak but blessed be God am in perfect sence and memory, do make this my Last Will and Testament, revokeing and making void all other Wills and Writings (for that purpose formerly made).
- Imprimis. I give my Soul to Almighty God who gave it me not doubting but I shall inherit everlasting life thro' the meritts of my blessed Redeemer, Jesus Christ. and my body to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors. hereafter mention'd;
- Item. I give to my Beloved Wife, FRANCES MINOR, three Negroes, Dick, Jenny & Lucy, also one feather bed and furninture during her Widowhood, and in case she marries, then I give the three Negroes & feathr. bed above mention'd to my Daughter, FRANCES MINOR to her and her heirs for ever;
- Item. I give to my dear Daughter, FRANCES MINOR, JUNR. five Negroes, Sam, Winny, Great Nann, Little Nann & Beck to her & her heirs for ever. Also I give to my said Daughter, one feather bed & furniture; Also I give her one dom.. large Silver spoons, also my Still to her & her heirs for ever, also all the land and Plantation on the South side the Road to her and her heirs for ever;
- Lastly, I do appoint my beloved Wife, FRANCES MINOR, Doctr. WM. FLOOD & WILLIAM LIGHTFOOT my Exrs. who I do impower to sell all my land lying on the North side of the Road as it now runs and the money arising to pay my just debts, giving them full power and authority to deliver the said Legacie above mentioned to my said Daughter when she comes of age or marries, And further it is my Wil that all the rest of my Estate unmentioned be sold if there should not be enough without to pay my Debts

- Westmorland Set. At a Court held for the said County on the 26th day of March 1751 This Last Will and Testament of WILLM. STUART MINOR, deced., was presented into Court by WILLM. FLOOD, one of the Exors. therein named, who made Oath thereto, and being proved by the Oath of HENRY FRANK, one of the witnesses thereto, is admitted to Record.(FRANCES MINOR, the Relict of the sd. deced., and one other of the Executrs. in the sd. Will named haveing refused to take upon herself the burthen of the Exon. thereof) and on the motion of the sd. WILLM., & his performing all such things as the Law in such cases require, Certificate is granted him for obtaining a Probate thereof in due form
