Facts and Events
Name William Mannington
Gender Male
Marriage 8 Jan 1782 Cropthorne, Worcestershire, Englandto Elizabeth Dingley

William Mannington's origins have yet to be established for certain. One possibility is that he was the William Mannington baptised on 25th May 1750 at Moreton-in-Marsh in Gloucestershire, son of Thomas and Phoebe Mannington.

William's first confirmed sighting is on 8th January 1782, when he married Elizabeth Dingley at Cropthorne in Worcestershire. William was said to be living at Moreton-in-Marsh at the time of their marriage. It would appear that William and Elizabeth did not have any children.

In 1783 William was mentioned in Elizabeth's father's will, being described as "Mr William Manington", at a time when the use of "Mr" usually indicated a degree of status. William has yet to be traced after 1783.
