Lowry, William. Leg. - my deceased daughter Ann Kirby left five children, one has since died, to the foresaid children, son William my land in Essex and King and Queen Counties; daughter Margaret Booker, son William lot bought of Edmund Kerney; son-in-law Thomas Kirbie; grandson William Booker; grandson William Lowry and his sister Frances Lowry; son John Lowry; daughter-in-law Martha Tabb; daughter-in-law Mary Lowry; daughter-in-law Jane Lowry and daughter Margaret Booker all the money I have in England and Ireland; son-in-law Richard Booker; son-in-law Thomas Kirbie.

William Lowry of Elizabeth City County, Whereas I gave my daughter Frances (s/b Ann?) Kiebie three negroes during my pleasure viz: Joyce, Robin and ned & sd daughter being dead and she having left five children, whereof one of them is since dead, and the sd negroes being increased to seven, dispose of sd negroes among my sd grandchildren, there now being four, & request that Capt. Edward, my son John Lowry and their father Thomas Kirbie, my direct the same accordingly.
To my son William Lowry my negro man Samson, and the negro woman Hannah and her boy Lemmon.
To my daughter Margaret Booker my negro woman Bess.
To my son-in-law Thomas Kirbie my negro man Lifford.
To my grandson William Booker my negro boy George, but if he dies before he is of age, then his sister Frances may have the negro boy.
To my grandson William Lowry my negro girl Nan, but if he dies before he is of age, then his sister Frances, may have the sd girl.
To my son John Lowry all that remaining part of my negroes.
To my son William Lowry all the land I have in Essex County or King and Queen County, and also the lot in Hampton town which I bought of Edmond Kerney.
To my son John Lowry my silver Tankard and 6 of the best of my silver spoons.
To my daughter Margaret Booker, my son William Lowry and Thomas Kirbie's children all the remaining part of my plat to be divided into three parts, my daughter and sd son to have two parts, and Kirbie's children to have one.
To Thomas Kirbie my young grey horse and to his son a young mare.
To my daughters-in-law Martha Tabb, Mary and Jane Lowry and my daughter Margaret Booker 20/sterling each.
To my son William Lowry and my grandchildren of Thomas Kirbie all the money I have in England or Ireland in whatsoever the same is as also the next proceeds of that tobacco I have in England unsold and likewise what tobacco I have to ship. my said son to have one moiety and the children the other to be divided equally among them.
To my sons-in-law Richard Booker and Thomas Kirbie and my son William Lowry all the new goods I have by me divided between them.
The rest of my estate to be divided between my sons-in-law Richard Booker and Thomas Kirbie, and my two sons John and William Lowry.
My son John Lowry and my son-in-law Thomas Kirbie, sole executors.
Witnesses William Tucker, Susannah Tucker.
