William Fensome King was baptised on 22nd September 1833 at Caddington in Bedfordshire, son of Mary King, who was 19. His baptism record does not name his father, although his middle name may be a clue. When William was six years old his mother died aged only 25 years old. After that, William was brought up by his grandmother, Mary King. He appears in the 1841 census living in Caddington with his grandmother and uncles. He has yet to be researched after 1841.
