    In 1784, Samuel Hill, and John McEwen and Elizabeth his wife, of New Milford, and Zalmon Wheeler of Pownal, Vt., conveyed right in William Ward's home lot given to Samuel Hill, Elizabeth McEwen and Francis [sic] Wheeler by their father William Hill dec'd."
