Page 142—6 December, 1720: An agreement was exhibited in Court for the division of the estate of William Higginson by Edward Neal, Samuel Warner, Abner Gillett and Clarke Carrington, who married the daughters of sd. decd., acknowledged by them to be their free act and deed, and each became bound for the payment of debts.
Page 58 (Vol. X) 1st December, 1724: Edward Neal, Adms., exhibited an account of his Adms., which this Court accepts."
