  • -Jean attended Norland Public School, -Lindsay Collegiate Institute.
  • -During WW II, Jean was employed in Ottawa - 1944.
  • -While there she met and married Keith Henderson, a Sgt. in the RCAF.
  • -The war over, the Hendersons came to Norland.
  • -In the late 1940's Keith tore down the old James Campbell farm house and used the material to construct a small bungalow at the rear of his in-laws home on town lot 46.
  • -While Jean worked with her brother in the store, Keith looked after the cottage business.
  • -Tragically Jean died 16 Dec 1959.
  • -Her husband died in April 1999.
