Dr. William Hartigan (1756-1812) A noted Surgeon and member of the Faculty of Trinity College, Dublin. He married Miss Pollock, sister of James Pollock, whose portrait, lot number 17, Betsey Hartigan, is shown in this collection. Painted by Gilbert Stuart (1755-1828)
