Facts and Events
Name William Gray
Gender Male
Christening[1] 26 Dec 1741 Heckington, Lincolnshire, England

William Gray was baptised on 26th December 1741 at Heckington in Lincolnshire, son of Mary Gray, formerly Whitehead, and her husband John Gray. The baptisms of their earlier children had described John as a shoemaker or labourer, but William's baptism calls him a farmer.

William has yet to be traced after his baptism, although it is worth noting that his parents appear to have had another son called William in 1752, perhaps indicating that this William had died.
