Information on William Ford
From ""A History of Our Ford Family", by Stith Malone Cain:
William Ford was active in the St. Paul's Parish of Anglican Church during his day. He was chosen Clerk of the Vestry, Episcopal Church, St. Peters Parish on March 5, 1734. In 1744 he was discharged from being Clerk of the Church and Vestry, and in the same year was reinstated as Clerk. He died before October 18, 1746, as the Vestry at it's meeting on that date appropriated money for his widow.
