To my wife Mary Daviss, household furniture, horses, cows, negroes.
Negro woman Phebe to my wife, and to go to my children after the death of my wife.
Balance of estate to be under the direction of Executors, for the benefit of my wife and children.
Children to be educated, and upon becoming of age, estate not willed to wife to be sold and equally divided among them.
Children, Cammilas, Cecil, Davis and William Montgomery Davis and daughter June Hamilton Davis and my sons wife.
If wife should remarry, Executors to divide estate.
Executors, my wife Mary Daviss, and my trusty friends Thomas Montgomery, Samuel Daviss and Thomas Welch.
