Will of William Daugherty

Will of William Daugherty, Recorded 23 July 1841, (no date given for the writing of the will).
Three sons are mentioned and also were to serve as executors: John Daugherty, Charles Daugherty, and William Daugherty. Daughter also mentioned: Lavina Clark. Grand-daughters (daughters of Mary E. Houser) are also apparently named, but not in the abstract; also Sarah Daugherty (not of age) may be another grand-daughter.

I just recently came across the abstract for a will of William Daugherty of Madison Co., Ohio. Important details follow:

Will was recorded 7/23/1841 (no date given for the writing of the will). Three sons are mentioned and also were to serve as executors: John Daugherty, Charles Daugherty, and William Daugherty. Daughter also mentioned: Lavina Clark. Grand-daughters (daughters of Mary E. Houser) are also apparently named, but not in the abstract; also Sarah Daugherty (not of age) may be another grand-daughter. The will was signed by William Daugherty with the witnesses being Thomas Briggs and Thomas Reeves.
