    DANIEL - Died on Saturday the 12th. William Daniel aged 73 years. He was a Confederate Veteran & left surviving Hawkins, Huri and Shirley Daniel sons. There were probably other children whom the News does not know. Several of his brothers survive him among whom are Joe Daniel, Pearce Daniel & Jack Daniel. Mrs. E. Revel of this place and Miss Mary Daniel are also sisters of deceased. His remains were interred in the family grave yard at the old Abel Daniel place in Beat 13 this county. Elder A. H. Williamson of the Primitive Baptist Church officiating. Deceased was a good man and Christian and was esteemed by his neighbors as such.
