    John and Sarah divorced in 1898 and he married Ann Glass in 1899. Sarah did not remarry.

    John Daniel a native of Crenshaw died at the home of his son, William Daniel, in Greenville on last Thursday and was buried at the Daniel Cemetery two miles west of Saville the day following. He was a brother of Mrs. Revel of this place, Joe, Pierce, William & Jack Daniel and Mrs. Mary Daniel all of this county. He leaves several children all adults.
