Whitney Curtis 

  William Whitney Curtis 63, who had been a resident of Kentucky Rest Haven for the past 10 months, died at 4:35 p.m. Tuesday in Hopkins County Hospital.
  He was born May 29, 1911, in Birmingham, Alabama, the son of the late Frank M. and Agnes Blandsford Curtis.
  Surviiving are a son, William Whitney Curtis II, 303 West Arch Street, Madisonville; a sister Mrs. Mary Reeves Nall, Calhoun, Kentucky a brother Frank Curtis, Bloomfield Hill, Michigan, four grandchildren, a niece, two nephews, four great-nephews, and one great-niece.
  Funeral Services will be conducted at 8 p.m. tonight at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home by the Rev. Jimmy Russell, minster of the Lighthouse Pentecostal Church.  The body will be taken to Griffin, Georgia, were graveside services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Thursday in Oak Hill Cemetery.
  Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today.
  The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be made in the form of contributions to the Cancer Fund.
