Will of William Cox
- Pages 166-67. Will of William Cox of Orange County and St. Thomas' Parish, being sick and weak, dated 20 June 1751.
- To my som William Cox, 100 acres beginning at Cahagon corner and Chapman between plantation and his and so to Chapman line [sic].
- To my son Tyre Cox, 100 acres beginning at Chapman's line and my son William's corner along Chapman's line as far as my land. If he should die without heirs it should be sold and divided among the rest of my children, after my wife's decease.
- To my son Care Cox, 100 acres joining of Mountague line and long by Rae line, so along my line, not taking any part of the plantation, and so to his brother Tyre line, after the decease of my wife.
- To my son Tolever Cox, 100 acres whereon my plantation is and so from his brother Care line and so to Terry Run and by Gahagon line and so to his brother William line, after my wife decease.
- To my well be love wife all the rest of estate with the last 300 acres during her life, and the land to tham that I already gave it and the restto be divided amongest by sons that has no land.
- My loving wife Martha Cox executrix.
