WM. L. COOP CALLED TODAY
Funeral for Farmer is Tomorrow at Antioch Church
William L. COOP, who was born September 1, 1861, in Penn township, Jefferson county, died today at this home five miles north of Fairfield. He had been in poor health the past three years, and ill for six weeks. He was a farmer and lived his entire life in this vicinity.
Mr. COOP is survived by his wife and the following children: Harry W., Walter A., and Mrs. Nel (sic. Nelle) Coop Goltry. Surviving also are three grandchildren, Louise Virginia, Shirley June, and Stanley Glenn COOP, and one sister Mrs. Orminda (sic. Nancy Arminda) LAMBERT of Pleasant Plain.
The funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. at the Antioch church, with burial in the Antioch cemetery. The body was taken to the Hoskins Funeral Home and will be taken to the family home this evening.
