The Kent County Rent Rolls [Tax Grand List] confirm both of these transactions. From 1754 to 1760 William Comegys Sr [II] was charged for 192 acres of Buck Hill and Billy's Lott. For the same time period William Comegys Jr [III] was charged for 112 acres of the same properties. In 1760 their is a note of the transaction from Hester Comegys to William Jr.
