    Vol. 293, p. 45 [blank] Jan 1815: William Clements of Croydon in the State of New Hampshire for $1200 conveys to Asa Batcheller of Royalston farm in Royalston of about 74 acres, also a meadow of 2 acres, subject ot a mortgage. Also signed by Anna Clements.
