Will Abstract

Will of William Canada[y] of Bedford County & State of Virginia.
Gives "Loving Wife the third part all my Moveable Estate", gives "son William Cannada the Plantation on which I now Dwell for a new Dividing Line on the North side of the Plantatino to the Deviding Line on the south side that was laid off from William martin to him as long as he lives & after his death to Sary Huddleston with wife of Thomas Huddleston to her or her heirs forever 7 the rest of my Land is to be sold & my Wife to have the benefit of the money while she lives & at her Disposal at Death except of fifty acres that I have sold to John Ashwell joining John Ayres and Jcob Whl [Uhl?].
Gives Daughter Mary Cassey five pounds.
Gives Daughter Margret Hews five pounds.
Gives Daughter Init Sillivant five pounds.
Gives Daughter Elizabeth Martin five pounds.
Gives Daughter Isabella Key five pounds.
Gives Daughter Sarah Huddleston five pounds.
After my Decease that my Estate should be brought to an appraisement & my wife to have her thirds & the Ballance to be sold to satisfy the Legatees as above mentioned.
Appoints John Ayers & Henry Woody as my Executors.

[Recorded] - and on the motion of John Ayres one of the Exors. therein named who made Oath ~ thereto Certificate is granged him for obtain probate in due form who gave bond & Secy. Acc.d. to Law ~ Liberty being reserved for the other Exor. therein named to join in the probate when he shall think fit and that Henry Woodey, Jr., Nicholas __ Jr. Payne Jr. & Henry Musgrove, or any three do appraise Sd. Deeds to Estate.
